For this there is no charge to you the customer. All our fees are collected from the agent you buy from. Why when you have busy lives should you have to sit in front of the computer trawling through what the internet has to offer, when we can do it for you? You mail us your expectations and we will mail you houses to suit. We will answer any questions that you ask regarding the process. We offer completely impartial advice, and lots of support!
If you are unable to make a viewing trip we can organise an independant builder to go, for a small fee, and look the property over for you, to check its stability. This will save you losing large deposits.
We then have further services that provide you with builders for all calibers of work. We check on any works being carried out and discuss with yourselves and the builder any problems. We regularly send out photographs of the progess as it happens, so you feel in control.
We can sort out all your needs when you come across to view houses. Right from accommodation down to airport collection services.
To make your holiday more enjoyable we can also take you out on excursions you see to more of this wonderful country.
When all your work has been completed we can help you should you decide to rent your property. We offer management and maintenance packages to suit your needs. We can also advertise your property for you.
